Hey! Welcome to Regulate neuro.

This project brings neurofeedback protocols designed specifically for emotion and arousal regulation to home users and clinicians alike — delivered in a way that's safe, effective, and easy to use.

Regulate Neuro started as an answer to my own need. As a clinical psychologist working with trauma, I was looking for a neurofeedback tool that was both effective and usable — one that could actually serve me in the clinic without much fuss, and one that clients can easily take home. After using traditional neurofeedback equipment in my clinic, I saw a real gap between the technology available today and what clinicians are actually using in the room.

Regulate Neuro is about closing that gap. It brings today's computational power - including deep learning layers built on top of traditional NF protocols - to improve accuracy and temporal resolutions. I saw how it better supports the brain in learning how to flexibly deal with arousal, and bring back a sense of a coherent, present and stable Self.

At this stage, our software runs exclusively with the BrainBit headband.

Regulate Neuro is not a medical device. It does not aim to diagnose or treat any clinical condition — its purpose is to support general affective regulation and well-being.
